A new and previously unknown game released into the Games That Weren’t archives with Memory Man, a game found by Csaba Virag on a series of disks.
The game was developed in Hungary and doesn’t seem to be currently in the archives, and was due to be published by Novosoft, like with Metal Pyramid which was added to the archives last year.
It was found along with some works by the developer Einspach TV, and seems to be mostly finished. It is a simple Simon/Memory game, but with some nice presentation throughout.
Thanks to Videogame Endings Database, it seems there is an ending for the title – but it isn’t much, suggesting that the game was just lacking some final polish perhaps?
What is the story behind the game though and why was it never released? We hope to learn more, but for now – check out this nice little game.

22/08/24 – Details about the game having an ending.
I’ve longplayed this game and it’s quite curios this game actually has an “end”.
If you win game 1 (and that’s almost impossible), starting a new game will begin game 2, an even more insane challenge.
If you’re superhuman enough to finish also this mode, starting a 3rd game let you in mode 3, which is a lot more impossible :D
And after you win the last mode..

Hope i could post a link in a comment, i though it could be intresting to have the gameplay documented.
Bye!
Thank you very much for sharing, and for getting to the end! Interesting to see that the game seems to be therefore mostly complete! I’ll update the page with a link to the video, so thank you very much for that :)
